We offer meditation instruction for the promotion of health and wellbeing, providing personal meditation tuition as well as introductory meditation courses in a group setting, plus a monthly meditation group. Our classes, courses and one-to-one sessions are currently available in Bristol, but we also offer distance learning options for those further afield interested in learning meditation. Bristol is well served by the practice, with two Bristol meditation locations near the centre of the city and well served by public transport.
Our aim is to make meditation accessible to everyone, in a clear, simple and practical form. The instruction we provide can be applied by anyone; the emphasis is on making meditation work for you.
There is increasing evidence to support the health benefits of meditation. Studies have shown an association between regular meditation and a reduced need for health care. Meditation has been found to help in the alleviation of chronic pain which is not otherwise responding to standard medical treatment, as well as in reducing high blood pressure, muscular tension, stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
